WHITINGHAM- The Twin Valley girls’ varsity had a solid first half during Thursday’s basketball game with Poultney. But a scoreless third quarter proved the Wildcats’ undoing and the Blue Devils headed home with a 44-13 win.
Twin Valley looked solid in the first quarter. After Jacque Olberg gave the Devils a 2-0 lead, Twin Valley’s Kate Oyer scored two baskets in the paint and the Wildcats held an early 4-2 lead.
