Wildcats top Eagles in playdown round, head to D4 quarterfinal game
WHITINGHAM- Twin Valley hosted Arlington Wednesday afternoon in a first-round game of the Vermont D4 softball tournament. It was a playdown game between the eighth-seeded Wildcats and the ninth-seeded Eagles. The hosts used a big first inning to cruise to their second win of the season, 31-16, and earn a trip to the quarterfinals.
