STRATTON- In what has become an annual tradition, Stratton Mountain School hosted Twin Valley for boys’ soccer on Saturday during SMS’s homecoming weekend. Unfortunately for the Bears, the Wildcats spoiled their celebration plans by holding on for a 2-1 road win.
“It was the typical feisty affair we always have with Stratton,” said Twin Valley coach Buddy Hayford. “I really do enjoy those games, they’re always a good test, always competitive. There’s no quit in Stratton.”
The match was windswept, which came into play for both teams.
