ORFORD, NH- In what has quickly become a cross-state rivalry, the Twin Valley Wildcats and Rivendell Raptors played another close high school boys’ soccer match last week. The Raptors, who joined the Southern Vermont League “C” division a year ago, earned a little revenge for the three losses Twin Valley handed them in 2019 by claiming a 2-1 win on Thursday, October 1.
“They’ve got a nice team,” said Twin Valley coach Buddy Hayford. “I thought it would be a little more high-scoring than it was, both teams played fairly well defensively.”
