BELLOWS FALLS- Veteran Twin Valley coach Chris Brown picked up his 200th win as the Wildcats’ varsity basketball coach Tuesday evening. Fittingly, his team showcased Brown’s classic coaching tenets of pressure defense and a never-say-die attitude to award him the milestone win with a big comeback in the second half, beating Bellows Falls 52-45.
“It was an emotional victory for us,” said Brown. “We made the choice to say ‘let’s dig in, let’s not give up.’ The defensive intensity was just a pure gut check.”
