WHITINGHAM- The Twin Valley Wildcats were swept away by a Green Wave Friday evening, as visiting Mount Saint Joseph won 48-23 in girls’ varsity basketball.
As has been the case throughout the season, Twin Valley had difficulty finding the rim early in the game, as MSJ rolled out to a 22-6 lead at halftime.
The third quarter was just as difficult for the hosts, as they were outscored 16-4.  The Wildcats finally found their shooting touch in the fourth quarter and outscored the Green Wave 13-10.
