Upcoming wild horse and burro event
SWANZEY, NH- The Bureau of Land Management will hold a wild horse and burro event providing wild horses and possibly a few yearlings and burros on Saturday, August 24 and 25, at Cheshire Fairgrounds, 247 Monadnock Highway.
Yearlings and burros may not always be available at the event. The animals will be available for selection on Friday, August 23, from 1 to 6 pm, and Saturday, from 8 am to noon, and 1 to 4 pm. The event will potentially include sale-eligible animals. Purchasers receive immediate ownership of the animal on the day of the event.
