Twin Valley Wildcats win league title, head into state tournament

WHITINGHAM- “Now we have to go out and play some of our best soccer.”  That was Twin Valley coach Buddy Hayford summing up the road ahead as the Wildcats enter the Vermont Principals’ Association tournament.
It’s playoff time, and the Wildcats are the top seed in the boys’ Division 4 bracket.   The Wildcats finished the regular season 14-0 and have earned a first-round bye. They take the field again Friday, October 27, at 6 pm at Hayford Field in Wilmington.
