Twin Valley softball season finally underway

MANCHESTER- The Twin Valley varsity softball team finally got a full game under their belts, with a road trip to Burr & Burton Academy on Thursday, May 4.  While the host Bulldogs came out with the 23-6 win, Twin Valley coach Joni Sullivan was pleased with how the Wildcats played.
“The girls and I both thought it was a fun, learning game,” said Sullivan. “We lost, but it was still a good game.”
Starting pitcher Sara Dix also drew praise from Sullivan. “She was pitching really well for the first five innings. Errors in the field is what led to the loss.”
