Twin Valley softball loses close game to Eagles
ARLINGTON- The Twin Valley varsity softball team dropped a 17-16 decision to the host Arlington Eagles in the season opener for both schools Friday afternoon.
Twin Valley jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the top of the first. Tori Dix singled and scored the first run, Landon Moore drew a walk, scoring one run, then a passed ball scored two runs, and Chloe Lane grounded out to drive in another run.
