Twin Valley defense keys big win over Lions

WHITINGHAM- As the COVID-shortened high school basketball season winds down, the Twin Valley boys’ varsity team is heating up.   The Wildcats won their fourth game in a row Tuesday evening, as their stifling defense overwhelmed the Long Trail School Mountain Lions in a 62-29 rout.
“It was a nice win,” said Twin Valley coach Chris Brown. “It took us a little while to get going, but once we got settled in I thought our defensive pressure really dialed up a little bit, caused some turnovers and fast-break layups.”
