Twin Valley boys’ schedule updates

WHITINGHAM- The Twin Valley boys’ varsity team hasn’t played a game in almost two weeks, due to bad weather and a variety of other factors.
Because of those postponed games, the Wildcats will play an accelerated schedule next week that will make gym rats and high-school basketball lovers grab their popcorn and hit the bleachers.
On Monday, January 30, they host Green Mountain at 7:30 pm. According to athletic director Buddy Hayford, the game is the nightcap of a quadruple-header scheduled for the Twin Valley gym, starting with middle school boys’ and girls’ games with Bement School in the afternoon, and then the Twin Valley JV boys host Green Mountain at 5:30.
On Tuesday, January 31, the boys’ varsity will host Mill River at 6:30 pm while the JV boys host Franklin Tech at 4:30 pm.
On Wednesday, February 1, it’s a varsity double header. The girls host Poultney at 5:30 pm, and the boys square off with the Blue Devils at 7 pm.
