WHITINGHAM- Thanks to postponements due to some rough weather, the Twin Valley girls’ varsity basketball team hadn’t played in nine days.  On Wednesday afternoon they finally got back on the court when they hosted Mount Saint Joseph Academy.
The girls showed some obvious rust from the long layoff, as they lost to the Green Wave 42-25.
“We started out strong, and then it was just turnover after turnover,” said Twin Valley coach Jamie Brown after the game.
