Studying the milfoil in Sadawga Lake

WHITINGHAM- On Thursday, August 2, Larry Eichler, from the Darrin Fresh Water Institute, conducted a plant survey of Eurasian milfoil on Sadawga Lake.  The Sadawga Lake Association requested  and was granted partial funds for the study from the Vermont  Aquatic Nuisance Grant Program.  The association sought and received an additional grant for the project from the New England Grassroots Environment Fund. The grants were approved and are administered by the town of Whitingham.
