State golf championship
WILMINGTON- The Vermont State Women’s Golf Association Mid-Amateur Championship was held at Haystack Golf Club this past Saturday and Sunday.
Coming back from three strokes down in round one, Lin Culver, of Neshobe Golf Club, shot an even par 74 round Sunday to become the this year’s mid-amateur champion. Her 36-hole total was 10-over par (158), and Culver adds another flag to her impressive display after also winning the 2024 VSWGA Senior Championship.
