Snowmobile club meeting, trail work

STRATTON - Winter is coming. Snowmobilers are invited to join the Wardsboro Pathfinders Snowmobile Club at their next meeting on Saturday, November 19, at 6 pm at Stratton Town Hall and help support taking care of the 710 trail. The club is getting ready to put up trail markers and clear the trail for the winter.
There is always a need for people to pitch in with maintenance of trails, machines, running fundraisers, etc. The club is planning to host the Rescue Ride in February and volunteers are needed. Financial donations to help with gas and oil are always welcome as well. The club appreciates the time and effort all the volunteers put in and landowners for allowing them the passage across their property.
The 710 trail would not be possible without all of these people. Remember to tread lightly when on the trail and leave it better than it was found.
