WHITINGHAM- “They’re really good. They’re clearly one of the top two teams in the state in our division.”
That was Twin Valley coach Buddy Hayford’s assessment of the Proctor High School girls’ varsity basketball team.  The Phantoms showed just how good they are Friday evening, January 10, as they barely allowed the host Wildcats to score double digits in a 55-11 blowout win.
As has been the case much of the season, Twin Valley kept the game close in the first quarter. Proctor  led 6-1.
