Sadawga, Raponda programs hope to keep invasive species out of lake water

Greeter program starts second year
WILMINGTON- The Lake Raponda Aquatic Nuisance Control Greeter Program opened its second year on Memorial Day weekend, and will continue through Labor Day. The program is partially funded through a grant from the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources, Environmental Conservation Division, along with matching funds from the town of Wilmington 1% local option tax and the Lake Raponda Association.
