WILMINGTON- It doesn’t matter what the sport or won-loss record is, when Twin Valley and Leland & Gray high schools meet, the games are always must see affairs.  That was certainly the case this past Thursday evening, September 9, as the visiting Rebels scored an overtime goal for a hard-fought 1-0 win over host Twin Valley at Hayford Field.
“It was a great game,” said Twin Valley coach Buddy Hayford. “At the end, they had a little more gas. They kind of controlled the overtime and we struggled to get any kind of attack going, It was tough sledding there at the end.”
