Rebels, Lions tame the Wildcats

TOWNSHEND- The Twin Valley girls’ varsity opened up the 2023 soccer season with a tall order. They traveled to Leland & Gray on Saturday to take on the defending D4 champs. The Rebels showed they are still the powerhouse that went undefeated in 2022, topping the Wildcats 8-1.
“We knew it was going to be a challenge and take everything we had just to keep the score close,” said Twin Valley coach Taryn Lawrence. “They have been playing together a long time. They are big and mature.”
