Local football player earns recognition
CONCORD, MA - Wesley Capitani, of Dover, VT, a senior at Middlesex School, was awarded the William D. Alexander outstanding football lineman bowl at the fall sports awards ceremony on Tuesday, December 10. Capitani also received All-NEPSAC honorable mention for the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council Class B football team.
The awards recognized Capitani’s work as a starting offensive and defensive lineman for the Zebras’ football team. Middlesex football won the Mark Conroy Bowl, defeating Canterbury School 21-12 November 16 in New Milford, CT.
