Free tai chi classes help improve health

BENNINGTON- On Wednesday, November 14, from 1 to 3 pm, the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Bennington, 108 School Street, will be offering Tai Chi for Health classes with certified instructor Kathleen McBrien.
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese movement form.  It uses sequences of flowing motions to build internal strength. Most people practice tai chi to relax and improve their health.  Tai chi for health uses simple, gentle movements that are easy to learn and suitable for people of all abilities.
