Devils, Phantoms spook Wildcats
WHITINGHAM- The Twin Valley Wildcats varsity softball team lost a midday Saturday game to the visiting Poultney Blue Devils, 23-6.
The Devils were hot right from the first pitch, as their first six batters scored. By the end of the first inning, Poultney had 12 runs and a lead the Wildcats couldn’t overcome. The Devils added five more in the second inning, three in the third, two in the fourth, and one in the fifth.
