Annual 5K goes virtual

TOWNSHEND- Grace Cottage Family Health & Hospital’s 11th Annual Spring into Health 5K is going virtual.
Get out and get physical while maintaining social distancing. Run, walk, roll or push the finish line. Participant choose the day and their course, it could even be on a treadmill.
Registration is open now at $15 per participant.
Register by Tuesday, May 5, and receive, via mail, an official Spring Into Health 5K numbered runner’s bib to wear while doing the 5K. Send us a photo wearing your runner’s bib by May 10, and it will be posted on Grace Cottage’s Facebook page.
