Police spend Christmas on flood watch
WILMINGTON- At about 3 am on Friday, December 25, the Wilmington Police Department, aware of predictions of heavy rain and unseasonably warm temperatures resulting in excessive snow-melt, began monitoring flood conditions on the Deerfield River in the village center.
