Man faces multiple charges in crash
WHITINGHAM- Police charged Nicholas Dix, 26, of Wilmington, with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, and violating his conditions of release on a previous charge following a crash at about 1:30 am on Saturday, December 19.
