Driver charged with DUI after crash
WARDSBORO- Vermont State Police received a report of a single motor vehicle crash on Route 100 at about 1:06 am on Tuesday, September 10. Troopers arrived on scene and spoke with the driver, Edgar Vazquez, 34, of North Adams, MA. While speaking with Vazquez, troopers say they observed signs of impairment.
