Mass. driver charged in crash
WHITINGHAM- A Cheshire, MA, resident was arrested following a crash on Route 100 at about 12:57 am on Friday, June 28. Police say when they arrived on the scene and spoke with the driver, Nakiya Harrison-Hubbard, they observed signs of impairment. She was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and brought to Wilmington Police Department where she was processed, issued a citation, and released. Harrison-Hubbard is scheduled to appear at Windham Criminal Court on Tuesday, July 16, to answer the charge.
