Crash on Route 9 results in fatality
MARLBORO- A Massachusetts man was killed in a crash with another vehicle on Route 9 near MacArthur Road at about 6 am on Monday, January 13. Marcus Lapointe, 23, of Auburn, MA, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of a second vehicle involved in the crash, Tyler Colford, 38, and a passenger in his vehicle, John Ferguson, 37, both of Jacksonville, were transported to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
