Man nabbed for violating conditions
WHITINGHAM- At about 3:30 pm on Friday, January 10, police located Joseph P. Agrillo, 52, of Whitingham, and determined he was in violation of his conditions of release. Agrillo was taken into custody and transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks for processing. Agrillo was later transported to Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $7,500 bail. He was ordered to appear in Windham Criminal Court to answer the charge of violating his conditions of release.
