Police charge Vernon man with home improvement fraud
DOVER- Joseph Castricone, 52, of Vernon, has been charged with home improvement fraud following an investigation by Dover police. The complainant had reported that a contract for replacement windows and installation was entered into in September 2018 with a 50% deposit paid. As of May 2019, the windows had not been ordered and the work had not been done.
