Driver charged with DUI
WILMINGTON- Police were patrolling Route 9 at about 8:11 pm on Saturday, July 6 when they saw a vehicle with a headlight out veer over the double yellow line.  Police stopped the vehicle for failing to drive to the right. While speaking with the driver, the officer suspected that he may be impaired.   Police arrested Jason Russell, 37, of Wilmington, for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
