Charged with violating conditions
WILMINGTON- Police say they found that Matthew Nalepinski, 28, of Wilmington, was in violation of his conditions of release by having contact with the victim from an earlier domestic assault case on Saturday, May 18. Nalepinski was arrested and transported to the Wilmington Police Department where he was processed and released on a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court.
