Faces cruelty and other charges
NEWFANE- Betty Tinkham, 29, of Jamaica, faces multiple charges and violations following a stop for an inspection violation on Route 30 at about 6:29 pm on Saturday, April 6.   During the course of the stop, police determined the registration plates on Tinkham’s car did not belong to the vehicle, that the vehicle was not registered, insured or inspected; and Tinkham’s license was civilly suspended in Vermont
