Rhode Island man charged with DUI
WILMINGTON- Police stopped a vehicle for an expired inspection sticker on East Main Street at about 7:10 pm on Friday, March 15. Police say they suspected the driver, David Marcotte, 37, of Cumberland, RI, was operating under the influence. Marcotte was screened and subsequently arrested. He was processed at the Wilmington Police Department and released on a citation to answer the charges in Windham Superior Court on Tuesday, April 2.
