JAMAICA- The Windham County Sheriff’s Department arrested Arthur Degraff III, 59, of West Hartford, CT, following a traffic stop on Route 30 at about 1:20 pm on Friday, February 15. According to reports, police observed his vehicle traveling at 84 mph in a 50 mph zone. He was released on a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court at a later date.
