Bang bang, charged with disorderly conduct
DOVER- At about 4:34 on Tuesday, August 6, police officers inside the Dover Police Department heard three to four loud bangs from outside the building. Police interpreted the bangs as possible gunshots. Multiple witnesses also reported hearing possible gunshots in the area.
