Weather leads to vehicle crash
MARLBORO- State police responded to a vehicle crash on Upper Dover Road on the evening of November 9. Troy Fuller, 22, of Wilmington, had been driving his vehicle north on the snowy road when he lost control and slid off the road. Fuller was unharmed and his vehicle was towed from the scene by Marlboro Collision.
