Crash leads to DUI
WILMINGTON- On the afternoon of Thursday, September 27, the Windham County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation into a traffic crash that led to the arrest of Kenneth Clark, 54, of Wilmington, for driving under the influence. Clark will appear in Vermont Superior Court on October 16 to answer DUI charges.
