Overdose leads to arrest
JAMAICA- Late on September 19 Vermont State Police responded to reports of an alleged drug overdose in Jamaica. The victim, Joseph Domenick, 49, was revived and arrested on two outstanding warrants and transferred to Southern State Correction Facility where he is being held on a $200 bail.
