An amazing recovery

Saturday, August 28, is the 10th anniversary of Tropical  Storm Irene slamming into Vermont. It was considered by many to be the worst storm to hit Vermont in more than 70 years or more, maybe the worst ever. Certainly it did as much or more flood and wind damage than any storm in recorded history. In short, it was a once-in-a-century storm, and one for the ages.
