Victoria Waters

WINDSOR, CT - Victoria L. “Vicki” (Smith) Waters, 65, of Lomita, CA, died peacefully on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at her daughter’s home in Connecticut.
Vicki was born on January 3, 1956, in North Hollywood, CA. As a child, Vicki was given a loving home by Earle C. and Dorothy E. (Ladd) Smith who looked after her and cared for her as their own. After their deaths, Kenneth and his wife Judy welcomed Vicki back into their life for the past 25 years. She completed her schooling in California and was a graduate of the John Burroughs High School, Class of 1974 in Burbank, CA. Vicki loved to travel the state of California visiting various beaches including Redondo Beach and others in southern California. She also loved to stay late and watch the sunsets over the water. She enjoyed classic rock music especially that of the Rolling Stones. Vicki had a fun-loving, easy-going personality who shared with and cared for every one that was special to her. She truly appreciated spending quality time with her family and friends in Connecticut, Vermont, Florida, and California no matter the time or place. She adored her grandchildren and would do anything for them, visiting as frequently as she could.
Vicki is survived by her loving companion for over 20 years, John Condello; three loving children, Tyler Waters and Jessica Alfaro Bentz, of West Dover, VT, Kirsten Waters and Tim Leonard, of West Palm Beach, FL, and Tammi House and her husband Jamie, of Windsor, CT; her three grandchildren, Helmut, Natalie, and Stella; her four siblings, Michael, Joe, Angie, and Eddie; and the father of her children Richard Waters, of Wilmington, VT.
