WARDSBORO - Todd Eric Brooks, 59, died Monday, October 24, at home. He was born February 2, 1963, to Thomas and Nancy (Robinson) Brooks at Grace Cottage Hospital, Townshend. Todd was a longtime painter in the area who also enjoyed many outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, foraging, bird watching, hiking, and camping. He spent many days at home gardening, cooking, listening to music, and dancing with his fiancee of 28 years, Wendy Fitzpatrick, and loving dog Recon.
In keeping with his final wishes, there are no funeral services planned. Instead, he wanted to be remembered by his close friends and loved ones as the caring, comedic wiseass that he was. Todd will be forever missed by all.
