Selma Schiffer
WILMINGTON - Selma Schiffer, a former foundation executive, died on May 25, in Brattleboro. She was 98.
Mrs. Schiffer, the daughter of Anna and Isidore Reice, was born in Brooklyn, NY, on March 29, 1927. She graduated with a BA in sociology from Brooklyn College in 1948. She also pursued a master’s degree in social anthropology at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.
