ASHFORD, CT - Peter Alan Twiss, 55, of Ashford, died on Friday, December 6.  Born December 13, 1968, and raised in Whitingham, VT, Peter never missed a chance to let people know he was a true Vermonter even though he lived in Connecticut. Always the life of the party, he loved spending time outside, especially when it included a bonfire or fishing pole in hand. An avid football fan, he was always optimistic the Cowboys would win - this time.  Sundays were for NASCAR, and he spent endless hours watching and cheering on his favorite driver.
