Michael Chinnici

BENNINGTON- Michael M. Chinnici, 28, a resident of Center Street, died unexpectedly Monday, July 8, at the Southwestern Vermont Medical Center.
Mr. Chinnici was born in Greenfield, MA, on March 15, 1991. He was the son of Edward Chinnici Sr. and Cynthia (Toro) Chinnici. Mike received his early education in Whitingham, Florida, and Wilmington. He later attended Southern Vermont College where he studied criminal law.
Mr. Chinnici was employed at the Greco Tile Company in Wilmington. He enjoyed all water sports, swimming, jumping off cliffs, hiking, and riding motorcycles.
Mr. Chinnici was survived by a son, Giovanni Michael Chinnici Linnehan, of Whitingham; his parents, Edward and Cynthia Chinnici, of Bennington; two brothers, Edward Jr. and John Chinnici, of Bennington; his maternal grandmother, Monserrate Ghigliotty, of Bennington; his paternal grandmother, Catherine Zeltman, of Brooklyn, NY; an aunt, Jeanette Linnehan, of Whitingham; an uncle Michael Linnehan, of Whitingham; and several cousins.
A memorial service will be held at the Mahar and Son Funeral Home on Saturday, July 20, at 6 pm. A reception will follow the service at the North Bennington Fire Department at 7 pm.
