DOVER- The extended family of John A. Carroll Jr., “Jackie C” as he was fondly referred to by his family and friends, cordially  invites all to attend a celebration of his life to be held on Saturday, April 28, from 10 am to 12 pm at 1 Ahmeek Road in West Dover. Those who attend who would like to share stories or memories are encouraged to do so.
