Megan L. Bratton

WILMINGTON - Megan L. Bratton, 29, a resident of Old Town Road, died Sunday, December 5, at her home with her mother by her side. Megan was born in Bennington on February 14, 1992, the daughter of Larry and Karen Savory Bratton. She attended Wilmington schools and graduated from Twin Valley High School. Megan enjoyed fishing, camping, canoeing, and paint balling. She enjoyed listening to all kinds of music, hobbies, and crafts; and traveling to Hershey Park, aquariums, and zoos with her daughter Chloe.
Megan was preceded in death by her father Larry Bratton, who died December 19, 2012. She is survived by her daughter Chloe; mother Karen Bratton; brother Jacob Amidon (Alecia), of Lapeere, NY; sister Cassie Ann L. Bratton and her fiancé Seth Dehart, of Broken Bow, NE; and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral services for Megan will be held and announced in the spring. Visiting hours will be held Monday, December 13, from 5 to 7 pm at Covey Allen & Shea Funeral Home, 44 East Main Street.
