DOVER - Jeff Collins, affectionately known to many as Chef Jeff, died on Wednesday, September 22, after a long, courageous battle with renal cell cancer. He will be remembered for his kind, generous heart, his loving spirit, and his love for friends, fun, golf, and animated conversation. He is survived by the love of his life Barbara Rice, one daughter, one sister, and four brothers. At his request, no services will be held.
