Eugene E. Bills
WARDSBORO- Eugene Elmer Bills, Jr. 64, a resident of Wardsboro, died Saturday October 21, at his home surrounded by his family. Eugene was born in Townshend on May 29, 1959, the son of the late Eugene Elmer Bills, Sr. and Evelyn Karen (Vose). He attended Wardsboro schools and graduated from Leland & Gray Union High School in Townshend.
